If BIM VPN is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and you get the full amount of that payment back. You do not need to give a reason. Renewals are not covered by this guarantee: if you do not want a renewal, cancel before it happens.
Write to support@bimvpn.xyz from the email address of your BIM VPN account, with the date of the payment. We approve or reply within 2 business days. Once a refund is issued, the plan is removed from your account.
A crypto payment cannot be reversed on the network. We refund it by sending the amount we received, in the same coin and on the same network, to a wallet address you give us in your request.
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Time left in a period you have already paid for is not refunded after the 14-day window.
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.
